All product Shipments:

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products to certain countries, and some products cannot be shipped to those destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Important Due to the high number of credit card frauds online, if paying via Paypal, and your address is unconfirmed we will call you, or email you, to verify that you actually wanted to make a purchase with us. The phone call will be recorded for accuracy.


Please be aware that the buyer assumes all responsibility for knowing what substances or items are prohibited in their country. If we happen to know a product is illegal in your country, we will inform you before shipment. Please note: We DO NOT refund for items lost or seized by customs. We will refund if customs sends us back the product (which they usually do). THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT TO KNOW.

All international packages will normally ship via USPS First Class International to keep shipping cost down. THERE IS NO TRACKING, but there is shipping code fhat confirms shipment and delivery. There are typically no problems with this method, but there is an extra risk without tracking.

Priority Mail Option: You can choose Priority Mail for faster service. Normal delivery time with this service is 7-10 days. Tracking is sometimes available with this service but it is not consistent . . . SO DO NOT CHOOSE PRIORITY MAIL FOR TRACKING INFORMATION!

Note: In most areas, you can take your shipping code to your local customs office (not post office) to confirm delivery there. REMEMBER, WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THE POSTAL SERVICE OR CUSTOMS.

If paying with Western Union a $10.00 surcharge will be placed, because we are charged extra for currency conversion.


We accept returns by permission only. Just returning something to us does not guarantee that we'll take it back or issue a refund. Contact us at to make arrangements for the return.

• Item must be unused - unopened - shrink wrapped
• In original packaging and in perfect packing condition.
• Shipping charges are paid by you, as well as 15% return fee.

We will NOT refund shipping charges. Furthermore, we are NOT reselling or restocking returned items due to our strict hygienity policies. This means any products returned are destroyed. This is part of our buyer’s protection to get always new, fresh and unused products.

To be eligible for a refund, you MUST return your item within 8 days of receiving it. Refunds are issued within 30 days after receiving the returned item (not the day shipped back to us).


* Note: proof of broken and or damaged shipments must be provided by the customer in form of photo and documentation for broken shipment from your local post office.


* Note: proof of lost shipments must be provided by your local post office. Documentation is needed. We will recheck all these claims from your local post office, postal distribution center and your local customs until product is reshipped. It could be that the item is still in transit, customs, TSA, or was accidentally delivered by your postal service to the wrong address.

Refund Process will only initiate 30 days after tracking number is issued to you, and non receipt has been verified.


If you fail to provide updated and correct shipping address for the delivery and the product is returned to us we will not reship to you unless re-shipping charges are paid by you. Same applies to unclaimed items.

All shipments that have been returned because they were unclaimed by you will be subject to a recycling fee unless re-shipping charges are paid by you. Remember, we do get documentation as a proof from any country if package was unclaimed.

We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).


If your product can not be shipped within 6 business days, excluding holidays and national days, after odering then we will offer a full refund to your paypal account.

There will be no refunds for any electronic data, for example software, ebooks, music and downloadable videos.
